2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials on SpeedTestHQ's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure

SpeedTestHQ uses the following third-party services and open-source infrastructure to deliver its functionality. By using this service you acknowledge that your connection may interact with these providers:

  • LibreSpeed — The speed test engine is powered by LibreSpeed, an open-source project licensed under GNU LGPLv3. Test measurements are routed through community-operated LibreSpeed backend servers located in the US and Europe (operated by providers including Hetzner, BuyVM, netcup, NixNet, GARR, Linux.Pizza, and Time4VPS).
  • ipify — IP address lookup is provided by ipify.org.
  • GeoJS — Network geolocation (ISP, ASN, approximate location) is provided by geojs.io.
  • Google Forms — The contact form is hosted by Google. Submissions are subject to Google's Terms of Service.

SpeedTestHQ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data practices of these third-party services.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on SpeedTestHQ's website are provided "as is". SpeedTestHQ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.

5. Limitations

In no event shall SpeedTestHQ or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SpeedTestHQ's website.
