"This site can't be reached" on routerlogin.com usually comes down to one of these. Work through them in order:
- You're on the wrong network. The most common cause. Confirm your device is connected to the Netgear router's Wi-Fi or cabled to it — not mobile data or a neighboring network.
- A VPN or custom DNS is intercepting the name. A VPN or ad-blocking DNS can capture the lookup and route it away from the router. Turn it off and retry.
- The browser ran a search. If typing the address gave you search results, retype it as
http://routerlogin.comwith the prefix. - Try the other alias. If
.comfails, try routerlogin.net, and vice versa — they resolve independently. - https:// is failing. The admin page is plain
